Windows 8 Metro, Windows Phone 8, Windows 8 on x86, and Windows 8 on ARM…that’s a lot. It’ll be pretty interesting to see what exactly will go on this year regarding Microsoft, the PC market in terms of sales is slowing  regardless of how people look at the many reasons why, it’s happening. And Windows Phone 7 isn’t catching on as much as Microsoft would like, so with the impending release of what may determine Microsoft’s future questions will undoubtedly hang in the air for some time. So maybe 2012 will be the year that will set Microsoft’s trajectory whether that be upward or downward.
